Explosion-proof Instrument Analysis Hut Product Classification
Explosion-proof analysis hut: All electrified equipment installed on the hut are independent explosion-proof components, such as power distribution equipment, lighting equipment, ventilation equipment, and analyzers, which have all obtained explosion-proof certification and are independent explosion-proof products.
Positive pressure ventilation explosion-proof analysis hut: Non-explosion-proof analyzers and various instrument cabinets can be installed inside the hut. Only when the explosion-proof positive pressure system is running and a positive pressure is formed inside the hut can the non-explosion-proof parts inside the hut be powered on.
Hut Structure
a. The main body of the hut is a frame structure, with the keel welded from steel, divided into inner and outer wall panels. The wall panel material can be stainless steel plate or carbon steel spray plastic, and the steel plate thickness can be customized according to user requirements.
b. Fire-retardant insulation material is filled between the inner and outer walls of the hut (the thickness is determined by the wall thickness).
c. The hut floor is 4mm thick anti-slip floor, with anti-static treatment, wear-resistant and durable.
d. The roof can be made into a flat top, a gable roof, or a single-slope roof according to user requirements, and can withstand a load of 500Kg/m2, and can have lifting rings for lifting.
e. The hut safety door is equipped with an explosion-proof glass window, a door closer, and an escape lock, which can be quickly opened and is flexible to operate. A second door (buffer room) can also be added according to user requirements.
f. The overall performance of the hut is airtight, rainproof, dustproof, and heat-insulated, and the shell protection level is IP65.

1. Combustible gas detector: Select products with an integrated structure of detection probe and signal transmitter, and with on-site alarm and remote contact output.
2. Toxic gas detector: When the sample or surrounding environment gas contains toxic components, a toxic gas detection alarm is required, with the same requirements as the combustible gas detection alarm.
3. Differential pressure transmitter: According to the internal volume of the analysis hut, a different number of differential pressure transmitters are installed to detect the positive pressure in the analysis hut, and the signal is fed back to the explosion-proof positive pressure control system. When the positive pressure value in the hut drops to the specified value, the power supply of the non-explosion-proof electrical equipment in the hut will be automatically cut off to ensure the safety and reliability of the hut.
4. Audible and visual alarm device: Uses an explosion-proof lamp (rotating flashing and sounding type), installed in a conspicuous location outside the hut for easy observation of fault causes.
5. Smoke and temperature detector: Can promptly detect high temperature and smoke conditions inside the hut, and transmit the danger signal to the control room.
6. Indoor explosion-proof air conditioner: Can adjust the indoor temperature, with constant temperature and humidity functions.
7. Lighting system: Equipped with explosion-proof ceiling fluorescent lamps, with normal lighting and emergency lighting functions.
8. Ventilation and air exchange system: Instrument air or on-site safety air can be used, and safe and reliable gas source is provided to the room through the air exchange and filtration device.

The ratio of the minimum ignition current of an explosive mixture of gas and vapor under specified test conditions to the minimum ignition current of an explosive mixture of methane. China classifies hazardous gaseous and vaporous substances into Class ⅡA, ⅡB, and ⅡC based on the minimum ignition current ratio. A ratio ≤1.0 and >0.8 is Class ⅡA; ≤0.8 and >0.45 is Class ⅡB; and ≤0.45 is Class ⅡC. For example, ethane and ethylene are Class ⅡA, ⅡB, and ⅡC hazardous substances, respectively. The explosion-proof positive pressure analysis cabin uses a positive pressure purge control system. Its explosion-proof principle mainly uses the explosion-proof measure of isolating the ignition source from the medium and forming positive pressure protection to achieve the purpose of electrical explosion protection; structurally, it can be customized into box-type, console-type, and cabinet-type structures according to user requirements. Cabinet types are further divided into upper and lower structures and left and right structures. Box-type structures are generally welded from steel plates, with a sprayed surface, and front-door operation; console-type and cabinet-type structures use standard profiles for the cabinet frame, with a sprayed surface, and special sealing treatment for each joint; front-door operation and rear-door maintenance. The steel plate material generally uses GB710-88 cold-rolled steel plate. According to the air intake method, it is divided into continuous purge type and leakage compensation type. The continuous purge type provides continuous and uninterrupted air supply, and the heat generated by the components in the positive pressure chamber can be taken away by the gas path, with good heat dissipation function; the leakage compensation type provides intermittent air supply, the positive pressure chamber has good sealing, and the gas consumption is small; the positive pressure purge control system has complete protection devices, and only after reaching the specified ventilation time can it automatically power on, and it has high and low pressure automatic audio-visual alarms, pressure lower limit, door opening automatic power-off, emergency manual power-off, and other safety interlock protections. The sealing performance is reliable, the shell uses multiple sealing protections, the pressure holding time is long, and the operating cost is saved. This cabin uses a cable trench seat installation method, and the user needs to provide a protective gas source. The product interior can be equipped with detection instruments, analyzers, display instruments, low-voltage electrical appliances, frequency converters, soft starters, or computer control systems, and can be used as a central signal processing system and a central control system. During manufacturing, the user must provide a complete electrical system diagram and a list of materials installed in the control system. Multiple cabinets can be connected in parallel. It can be produced according to the electrical schematic diagram provided by the user. The outer shell of this product is made of high-quality steel plate welding or stainless steel welding, and the surface is powder electrostatic sprayed after high-speed shot blasting, with a beautiful appearance; the explosion-proof positive pressure cabin consists of a cabinet and a positive pressure purge control system device. The gas source of the explosion-proof positive pressure cabin enters the cabinet for purging and reaches the safety start-up requirements. When a low-pressure alarm occurs, the positive pressure purge control device will output an alarm signal, and if necessary, it will cut off the power supply of the positive pressure cabinet. Under the control of the positive pressure control system, protective gas is introduced into the positive pressure cabin, and the pressure inside the positive pressure chamber is higher than the pressure outside the positive pressure chamber, forming a micro-positive pressure safety environment, thereby preventing combustible hazardous gases from entering the positive pressure chamber and ensuring the safe operation of the ordinary instruments and electrical components inside. The automatic control system mainly completes ventilation, replenishment, automatic pressure relief for overpressure, low-pressure alarm, and low-pressure interlock power-off and other high-end functions.
