Explosion-proof station configuration

The explosion-proof station house adopts an inner and outer steel structure. Analyzers and control units are assembled inside the house, while sample pretreatment and carrier gas, standard gas, and drive gas are installed outside the house. Sampling probes and the primary pressure reduction station are installed near the process pipelines. The house is equipped with explosion-proof air conditioning, explosion-proof electric heaters, or steam heating equipment to adjust the indoor temperature. The power distribution system is a pipeline system with explosion-proof distribution boxes and explosion-proof junction boxes. The lighting system uses explosion-proof fluorescent lamps and explosion-proof emergency fluorescent lamps. The house is also equipped with ventilation, air exchange, and filtration devices for timed ventilation and air exchange to maintain fresh indoor air. The house is also equipped with an alarm interlocking panel (including gas sensors and controllers) and an alarm siren. When combustible/toxic gas leaks, the alarm siren will sound to protect personnel safety.

Features

As long as electricity and gas are provided on-site, the online analyzer can operate safely, stably, and reliably in hazardous locations, while ensuring the safety of operators. The house is equipped with ventilation, air exchange, and filtration devices for timed ventilation and air exchange to maintain fresh indoor air. The house is equipped with an alarm interlocking panel (including gas sensors and controllers) and an alarm siren. When combustible/toxic gas leaks, the alarm siren will sound to protect personnel safety. Using special processing technology, it achieves sealing, corrosion resistance, dust prevention, and temperature control functions. The analysis house has advantages such as shock resistance, anti-static, spark-proof, dust-proof, and anti-interference, providing a good operating environment for the instruments. The house has good internal and external grounding. The external dimensions of the analysis house are determined according to user needs.

Explosion-proof station house body structure

★Steel welded frame structure.

★External dimensions: Customizable according to user requirements.

★Inner and outer walls and roof are assembled from ∏-shaped steel plates.

★The outer wall uses 1.5mm thick stainless steel plate, with a structural load capacity of 250Kg/m2.

★The inner wall uses 1.5mm thick carbon steel plate, with a painted surface, and a structural load capacity of 250Kg/m2.

★The roof has a minimum load-bearing capacity of 500 Kg/m2.

★Wall thickness: 70mm.

★70mm thick fire-retardant insulation material is filled between the inner and outer walls and roof.

★Door: Two stainless steel doors, outward-opening non-folding structure.

★Net door size: 2100 (H) X 900 (W) mm.

★A 300X300mm explosion-proof glass observation window is installed on the door.

★Equipped with a damper limit door closer and a push-rod escape lock. There is a stainless steel keyhole lock and handle outside the door.

★Floor: 4mm thick checkered steel plate, covered with anti-static fire-resistant rubber flooring.

★Lifting lugs are provided on the roof for easy hoisting of the house.

★The house is airtight, rainproof, dustproof, and heat-insulated, with an outer shell protection level of IP65.

★Gas cylinder fixing brackets and gas cylinder railings are provided outside the house.

★A canopy is provided outside the house.

★The house has good seismic performance.

★Electrical grounding terminal outside the house.

★Shell grounding terminal outside the house.

Explosion-proof station houses are suitable for metallurgy, chemical, textile, and oil refining industries. They are explosion-proof industrial products suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous locations. As long as electricity and gas are provided on-site, online instruments can operate safely, stably, and reliably in hazardous locations, ensuring the safety of personnel operating inside the analysis room.
