Product Features

• The product features a main–auxiliary panel configuration: the main panel houses a positive-pressure enclosure and is equipped with the electrical components required by the user, as well as explosion‑proof pressure‑monitoring sensors, ventilation and air‑distribution systems, and a pneumatic pressure‑regulation system. The auxiliary panel incorporates an explosion‑proof gas‑connection automatic control system, an explosion‑proof automatic power‑switching system, an explosion‑proof alarm system, and an explosion‑proof pressure‑display system, along with inlet and outlet gas‑supply connections. For products conforming to specific gas‑supply specifications, the auxiliary panel is further fitted with an explosion‑proof gas‑supply unit.

• Cabinet-type products utilize GGD frames; the main switchboard is configured with left- or right-hand mounting; cable entry is from below; operation is performed through the front door, while maintenance access is provided via the rear door.

• The product features a high-quality steel plate welded structure; the main and auxiliary panels are arranged in an upper–lower configuration; cable entry is from the bottom; and operation and maintenance are performed through the front door.

• The piano‑type product is fabricated by folding and welding high‑quality steel plates; it features a front‑and‑rear structural arrangement with primary and secondary components; cable entry is from the bottom, and maintenance access is provided via the rear door.

• Stainless steel material can be used upon customer request.

• Operating positive pressure range: 100 Pa–800 Pa

• Air supply: Clean air or an inert gas at a pressure of no less than 0.1–0.5 MPa.
