System Functions

System Composition

1. Front-end Video Acquisition System

The front-end video acquisition points use our company's BNK-2 series explosion-proof cameras (these cameras are made of stainless steel, with built-in high-definition integrated cameras, carbon steel optional). Fixed points use adjustable brackets, while mobile points use all-stainless steel explosion-proof motorized pan-tilt units.

BNK-2Y (This explosion-proof pan-tilt unit has horizontal and vertical rotation functions, with a wide viewing range).

2. Transmission System

To meet the needs of chemical and drilling sites, the connecting cables use custom-made video and control cables combined into a high-strength composite cable with excellent wear resistance, crush resistance, cold resistance, and corrosion resistance; the cable connectors use specially designed sealed, waterproof, spark-free aviation plugs and dedicated magnetic steel fasteners. Used to connect the control host to the camera unit and pan-tilt unit, transmitting control signals to the camera unit and receiving video signals from the camera unit.

3. Control System

The monitoring host can flexibly achieve functions such as screen splitting, screen selection, lens control, and pan-tilt control. It has high stability and good anti-interference ability, and uses an ultra-thin industrial LCD monitor to display the monitoring screen.

4. Display System

The display system uses a high-definition LCD monitor with an explosion-proof shield; the display screen is installed on the front instrument panel in a position convenient for observation, and the wall-mounted angle can be adjusted according to the habits of the driller operator.

9. Monitoring mode: Single-screen, four-screen, nine-screen.

10. Display speed: 25 frames/second/channel;

11. Pan-tilt control: Each channel can control up, down, left, and right.
