Used for cooling and storing pharmaceuticals, reagents, and other temperature-sensitive, volatile, flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials that are difficult to preserve at room temperature. Based on structure, they are classified into single-door, double-door, multi-door, horizontal, and vertical types. It consists of a refrigeration compressor, condenser, condenser fan, evaporator, and temperature controller. To ensure safe use in hazardous locations, we employ composite explosion-proof technology for explosion-proof processing of the refrigerator. The compressor and condenser fan are treated with potting or explosion-proof technology. The temperature controller, as a passive switch, forms an intrinsically safe temperature automatic control system with an explosion-proof active optocoupler solid-state relay. To protect the compressor from damage, a time-delay explosion-proof solid-state relay, overload protection, and thermal protection devices are used; some control electrics are explosion-proof treated.
How to Use
1. Before using the explosion-proof refrigerator, please read the instructions carefully. After purchasing or transporting the explosion-proof refrigerator, allow it to stand for 2-6 hours before turning it on to prevent circuit malfunctions.
2. For the first use or reactivation, first set the temperature controller to the "strong stop" position, then turn the temperature controller knob to position 3 to start, to avoid burning out the compressor.
3. After turning on, the compressor will start working after 5 minutes. (Because we use a time-delay explosion-proof solid-state relay and overload protection and thermal protection devices).
4. Before use, run the empty refrigerator for 2-6 hours. Only store goods if the refrigeration effect is good.
5. In case of an unexpected situation, do not restart immediately after shutdown; wait for more than 5 minutes to avoid burning out the compressor.
6. Regularly clean the dust from the condenser and compressor surface to prevent continuous operation without reaching the set temperature. Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to clean; do not use water to spray or rinse, and do not add a dust cover.
Precautions
1. Strictly distinguish whether the hazardous environment for the explosion-proof refrigerator is Zone 1 or Zone 2. Explosion-proof refrigerators used in Zone 2 must not be used in Zone 1 (explosion-proof refrigerators used in Zone 2 do not have an anti-static coating on the inner liner).
2. During use and maintenance, do not change the position of various pipes and wires. If any abnormality is found, stop using it immediately.
3. For explosion-proof refrigerators used in Zone 2 hazardous environments, prevent the accumulation of hazardous static electricity on the insulated surface of the refrigerator liner during use and maintenance.
4. During use, measures must be in place to prevent accidents caused by damage to hazardous material storage containers. In case of an accident, cut off the power immediately.
5. Repairs must be carried out by professional explosion-proof equipment repair personnel.
