Within the warranty period

The explosion-proof products provided by our unit are guaranteed for one year (counting from the date of equipment acceptance). During this period, any failure caused by non-human causes of the whole machine will be repaired or replaced by our company free of charge, and we promise to reply within one hour after receiving the failure notice, and send personnel to the user site to deal with it within 24 hours, so as to ensure timely and reliable after-sales service and maintenance spare parts.

After the expiration of the warranty period

After the warranty period, we promise to provide technical support such as telephone or video, spare parts to provide preferential services.
